h. Disposal explanation of products imported under "3C Exemption Certificate" within one year (not required for first-time application, only a situation explanation is needed);
i. Relevant proof materials for introduced production lines or equipment;
j. Photos of damaged parts installed on the equipment and photos clearly showing the damaged part's label/nameplate;
k. Maintenance agreement or relevant documents for re-export of repaired parts;
l. Whole-unit export contract;
m. Customs manual (original to be shown, copy to be kept);
n. Material consumption details for finished products;
o. Import license (if required, copy is acceptable), quota certificate (if required, copy is acceptable);
p. Product conformity declaration.

ATA Carnet

1. Application

(1) Enterprise business license (color) in jpg, png, jpeg, gif format, and provide English name and address of the enterprise
(2) Name, phone, mobile, email, fax of the legal representative
(3) Guarantee method: wire transfer, check, cash, letter of guarantee (usually wire transfer is selected)
(4) Need to confirm: exit port? Transportation method? Planned customs declaration date? Transit countries?
(5) Goods list (including all products), specific format as per template
(6) Color photos of goods
(7) Application form
(8) Guarantee payment receipt
(9) Copy of enterprise business license (with seal)
(10) Scan: cover, export and import, overseas export and import upload for online verification, in jpg format, 800-1000 pixels

9610 – Cross-border E-commerce

Definition:
Applicable to domestic individuals or e-commerce enterprises that conduct transactions through e-commerce platforms and use the "list verification, summary declaration" model for customs clearance procedures, commonly known as "direct mail export" or "self-shipping" mode.

Features:
Small packages, single shipments, with characteristics such as short supply chain, fast delivery, low cost, and flexibility.

Applicable Scenarios:
Suitable for e-commerce enterprises exporting in small package direct mail mode.

1210 – Cross-border E-commerce Bonded Import

Definition:
E-commerce enterprises, based on market forecasts and consumer demand, purchase large quantities of goods from abroad in advance and store them in customs special supervision areas or bonded logistics centers (Type B) through bulk customs declaration. After consumers place orders and pay on the e-commerce platform, the goods are delivered to consumers in the form of express parcels from the relevant bonded warehouses.

Applicable Scope:
Free trade zones, cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones, comprehensive bonded zones, import trade promotion innovation demonstration zones, and bonded logistics centers (Type B) in 37 cities including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.

Goods:
Must be within the "Cross-border E-commerce Retail Import Goods List".

1210 – Cross-border E-commerce Bonded Export

Definition:
Domestic individuals and e-commerce enterprises store goods in customs special supervision areas or bonded supervision places, and after customers place orders on customs-recognized e-commerce platforms, the goods are quickly exported for cross-border transactions. This can be further divided into special zone package retail export and special zone export to overseas warehouse retail.

Applicable Scope:
Suitable for cross-border e-commerce enterprises with stable supply sources, certain scale and strength, especially those with high requirements for logistics cost control and product return services, as well as enterprises integrating production and foreign trade.

9810 – Cross-border E-commerce Export Overseas Warehouse

Definition:
Domestic enterprises deliver export goods to overseas warehouses through cross-border logistics, and after transactions are completed on cross-border e-commerce platforms, the goods are delivered to buyers from the overseas warehouses.

Features:
"Goods arrive before orders are placed," which can shorten logistics time, improve delivery and after-sales efficiency, and reduce damage and loss rates; logistics methods are usually sea freight, effectively saving costs.

Applicable Scenarios:
Suitable for cross-border e-commerce enterprises using overseas warehouse mode for sales.

Cross-border E-commerce 9710 Business


Definition:
Refers to the mode in which domestic enterprises directly export goods to overseas enterprises through cross-border logistics after completing transactions with them through cross-border e-commerce platforms, and transmit relevant electronic data to customs.

Features:
Simplifies traditional trade processes, allowing enterprises to complete transactions through online platforms; Breaking through many restrictions in traditional trade, it is easy to find buyers from all over the world and expand business scope through cross-border e-commerce platforms.

Equipment Ledger Tax Supplement

Self-use equipment in the equipment ledger is temporarily exempt from import taxes annually. During the customs supervision period, taxes are levied based on the actual proportion of the enterprise's product sales domestically and internationally in the previous year. The supervision period automatically ends upon expiration (supervision period: 8 years for ships and aircraft; 6 years for motor vehicles; 3 years for other goods).
